I am having trouble with my links module.  Right now it shows the files as descending, with the newer files appearing towards the bottoms.  is there a way to change this?  Either in the links module or the folders themselves.  My file manager doesn't work for me, as the folder tree never expands, so I have been having issues getting through there as well.

are you using DNN Links (http://dnnlinks.codeplex.com) module or a 3rd party extension?
Regarding File Management: does it work, if you apply default skin and container to the page it resides on?

Samantha,

You can force the opposite order of the Links module configured to display a Folder('s contents), but it will apply to ALL of those modules in the installation.

In the Link.ascx.vb file (Desktop Modules\Links), add "arrFiles.Reverse()" after the link that starts with Dim arrFiles as ArrayList (about line 616 of the code).

PS. In my opinion, using the Links module to display a list of files in a Folder should be a TEMPORARY solution until you actually add a Documents module with links to the desired file (where you can specify the sort order in the module itself).
