You could edit the DEFAULT value for the IsTrusted column (currently 0, set to 1). This will make every user trusted when they first hit a page w/ the forum module.

(I don't think this is sending the parameter each time, but double check the stored procedure which adds a forum user. (Forum_UserAdd or something like that)

Has anybody found an easy way to set all users as trusted users so the edit funtion is available?

I tried default the IsTrusted column to 1 but doesn't work because the stored procedure (correct: Forum_UserAdd) sets the value. I also tried looking for the forum source code but couldn't find it in any of the obvious places?

Just change the sproc so IsTrusted = 1, this is only called from one spot in the Forum_User controller I believe so no harm done in changing the sproc. (Unless I overwrite it on an upgrade which may happen but no intentions of that just yet).
