How do we edit the required fields in the Vendors module? The current setup has all fields as mandatory and we need to remove some of those restrictions.

there are no options to modify vendors module (which gets removed in DNN 8)

Thank you for the update. If the Vendor module is removed in DNN8, what if anything will replace it?

it was moved into its dedicated module project: https://github.com/DNNCommunity/DNN.V...
you might reinstall after the upgrade (not sure, whether vendors and banners will be lost).
I doubt anyone tested the extracted module yet, there are a couple of issues with other (more common) extracted features like sitelog.

Hi Bill,

Because the modules has been split from the dnn core it give you the option of changing the source to your needs therefore creating the Vendor module to your needs.

The module and source code can be found on github with the link Sebastian gave
