What do you do when the skin you have loaded does not display anything.  I have no menus, no display, just a white screen.  Now I want to remove that skin but have no access via the portal to do so.

I guess what I'm asking is how can I reset the portal back to the default skin via the database?

Thanks,
Evans Martin

If you get FTP access to the files on your site, go to the folder where you installed the skin, ie:

(It is likely to be stored in the Portals / Default / skins / folder or the

Portals / Default / 0 folder)

Delete the skin that has the errors.

Once you have deleted the skin and go back to the main page it will display an error on the page but it should automatically display in the DNN Blue skin. – This will allow you to then get into the main portals site settings menu and re-assign a new skin to the portal.
