Hi there,

 I have a  DNN 5.6.3 site at PowerDNN. The parent site and domain the site was created with is going off to WordPress land and I want a child portal that exists in that install to be 'promoted' to the parent.

So the parent.com domain will go away and the child.com domain will render as the parent, have host account, etc.

I have poked around and cannot find a tutorial on this.

Any advice appreciated.

Sebastian! Thanks for your help over the years. So it is neither - perhaps my terminology is wrong? It has its own domain. So here:

planetmaine.net is going away. I want maineenvironews.com to be the parent or portal 0 where the host account is.
