I had a stable DNN website for 8 months, now last two months application pool is constantly stopped, I switch it back on when I notice the occurrences, but site could be off line for days maybe a week, this costs me customers. Maybe site is somehow gotten unstable and this constantly switches off application pool? Did not change very much only added some photo's and text. Changed the password of control panel and no viruses according to two different virus scanners. What is going on here?

please check Windows Event log for application errors of iis.
IIS may stopp the app pool, if more than 5 errors occur within 10 minutes by default. you may increase the tolerance but should investigate, what is causing the issue.

Do you mean Windows Event Log from the server? I have shared web hosting at ARVIXE, no access to the server logs. Or do you mean the DNN error log of the website? Anyways strange that it was stable during the first 8 months!

you need the event log from windows server. Please contact your hosting provider for assistance.
Usually these errors stop the app pool before they get logged, but you should check the DNN event log for critical errors as well.

ARVIXE does not answer my tickets about it anymore or say everything is OK (these tickets I only have as email, they are gone from my account on the ARVIXE Ticket website) lately ARVIXE support is going down the drain, for example you cannot chat about technical issues anymore, only by tickets which are not taking real care of:

Ticket summary:

Satoconor Sales:

Like someone of Arvixe personnel is teasing me by constantly stopping the Application Pool of one of my websites, must have administrator access to my Control Panel or the server.

Website was a year more offline than online, this cost me business. I filed a complaint at the Police authorities of my country.

What kind of compensation for my business loss are you willing to pay?

My stock of the webshop is roughly $ 500,000 worth.

OK acts-of-god do need to be compensated, but when someone of the Web Hosting Company Arvixe is working against me, I have rights to compensation of the damages.

I told and asked Arvixe Support a lot about this problem, always the said: Oh minor Technical Problems: Issue resolved.

I don't know if this has anything to do with it but some time ago I was angry with Arvixe about another issue and tweeted with Arvixe Support, then all of the sudden came a death threat tweet from unknown twitter account, maybe this is the same person of Arvixe that is teasing me now.
