Corp. website is down with an "Internal Server Error". Log files show that a Telerek Update automatically ran yesterday at the time of the issue. I'm thinking I need to rollback the Telerik update but dont know how. Any other thoughts to troubleshoot. PLEASE HELP...need to get site back up quickly. Running DNN 7.2.

Looks like you started upgrading to DNN 7.3 yesterday? Did you not perform the full upgrade?

THANKS for the reply Chris. No update was planned, but I did notice that someone else had set autoupdate to true in the web.config. When I set this up 18 months ago, I did updates on a local copy a year ago prior to migrating to the GoDaddy (yuk) site. The site is in the root, which at the time of setup, GoDaddy didn't allow to set as a writable folder (not sure if that is still the case). Could an upgrade have been pending in my initial file transfer that was triggered.? I was hoping that since Telerik was the error I could just reinstall that module, triggering from the install folder. There are a bunch of files there so not sure how or if that will fix the issue.  What do you suggest as next steps?
