Using that tool did help find the problem.  They modified one file in the site and added a file in the images directory and made it look like an image by giving it a real file name and adding an extension.  For example FileName.Gif.JS.  Thank you for your help.

What id you search for in the analyiser?, having same issue and can't find it? Thanks

Meant to ask, what did you search for in the security analyser that allowed you to see what file was changed. Or better yet, what file was changed? I cannot find anything, yet it keeps happening... Thank you so much
