Hi Sebastian,

There is no GA file in the DNN root. Can I get that from Google?

The downloaded install package is not blocked and unzips without any errors. And the IUSR has the correct permissions.

you should be able to register your site using the Google Webmaster tools and save the ID in Admin > Site Settings prior to retrying upgrade

PS: do you already have a page in admin menu with the Google Analytics module installed on it?

In my case the DNN installation had an extra portal with the same name as portal 0:

The portal was completely empty, no portal folder, no pages, no users or anything. After deleting this portal the update worked without any problems.
