Did you post in the wrong thread as that has nothing to do with WebAPI what so ever?

You're right to some extent.

This will help you troubleshoot Web API Calls that are secured with JWT, not Basic Auth.

Or am I just flat wrong about the last entry that is commented with the following:

The following is required to troubleshoot failing Web API calls.

What you posted is very useful in debugging WebAPI calls which of course is very helpful when trying to develop for DNNs WebAPI. Especially as the documentation leaves a lot to be wished for. Might remember wrong but I don't that that what you posted was available in the documentation when this thread started, not even sure if the new Documentation center was. That is showing promising signs though and I hope it continue to evolve with more information, documentation, samples etc.
