Is it possible to disable the Export feature in the Events module? I have not had any luck with the available settings to do so.

Hi Ernst, thanks for the question. If our user clicks on an event and opens it there is an Export button they can click to create an .ics file to download or open so they can put the event into their calendar. I am wondering if I can remove this feature so users can't import the events into their own calendar. I'd like to use the calendar as a view only resource. Hope this clarifies things, let me know if you still hve questions.

You can completely design the way an event is displayed by editing the .(html formatted) templates in the event module settings. You can remove the display of the .ics download link.

Hi again,

I was hopeful this would help me out but seem to still have trouble.  If I got to the Event Module Settings, Templates tab and select Event Datails, I see an html layout of the page, but seems like the controls don't extend far enough to edit the administrative buttons at the bottom of the event (Return, Edit, Delete, Export, Print).  None of the other template options I have available to me don't seem to include those buttons either.  Am I looking in the wrong place?  Screenshot below may assist.  Again, appreciate your time and assistance.
