I am going though the suggested upgrade path for moving our 4.09.05 site to the lattes verion of 8. When upgrading from 05.05.08 to 06.02.08, i get an Executing Application Upgrades: 06.01.04 Error!

The error in the 06.01.04_Application.log.resources file is:

Error: Parameter count does not match Parameter Value count.   at Microsoft.ApplicationBlocks.Data.SqlHelper.AssignParameterValues(SqlParameter[] commandParameters, Object[] parameterValues)

at Microsoft.ApplicationBlocks.Data.SqlHelper.ExecuteNonQuery(String connectionString, String spName, Object[] parameterValues)

Any ideas on solving this issue?

The recommend upgrade path is from 05.06.08 to 06.02.08. So, you might want to go from 05.05.08 to 05.06.08, and then to 06.02.08.

I don't know if this will fix the problem, but I've found that getting on and staying on the recommended upgrade path is a good idea. Make backups after each step so that you can back up and try something else if one step fails.
