DNN 8 uses a different mode to populate the admin menu, this should be performed during module installation.
It sounds like the modules have not been installed during DNN 8 upgrade and the packages are still sitting in /install/module folder and need to be installed.

I logged in to ftp fillezilla and went to my websites /install/module and i see that there are a file that is named: "Microsoft.CodeDom.Providers.DotNetCompilerPlatform_01.00.01_Install.resources"

Is that the modules that have not been installed? How do i make that specific file to be installed?

if this is the only file in /install/module, modules have been installed properly, but it looks like for some reason it didn't get added to the page properly.
There might be an issue with Website Wizard, please log your issue into the public issue tracker at http://support.dnnsoftware.com.

 I tried to use site wizard with other templates and there is no problems, so it has to do with the specific templates i am using to build my website with via site wizard.. The only strange thing is that i have a website on the earlier version of the DNN 7 which i built with these exact templates via site wizard and there is no problems like i have now.

Is it possible that there is something in the code of the templates which the new version of DNN 8 doesn't recognize and it is interfering with something ?
