I get the following error when I try to edit users or add pages after upgrading to 8.0.4.

Anyone else run into this before and what was your fix?
A little history on this. The upgrade failed on a couple of the modules and had to run /install/install.aspx?mode=installresources to get them to install. Still would not load DNNCE_ConfigurationManager_08.00.04_Install. Is that the issue and is that something I need to worry about as well? When I go to extensions it says it already has the latest version.
Any help on this is appreciated. I took over a department that is running 680 DNN sites and has no documentation what so ever. They are running versions from 7.0.0 to 8.0.4
Trying to get them all up to 8.0.4 but keep running into these type of issues.
