Hi,

My SMTP setting are working fine and the website is able to send emails.

 I have set up an enquiry form and the form is sending fine, however the emails are not being delivered to the assisgned email address.

 I am using PowerForm from DnnGo

They aren't going to junk mail or anything like that - they are just not coming through.

 Any suggestions on why it would be doing this?

There can be many causes for email issues ...

Are you getting error messages in DNN when you try to send mail?

Can you send the SMTP Test mail from Host, Host Settings? Do you receive that one.

Check DNN's Event Log for errors related to sending email.

If you aren't getting errors from DNN, that means that DNN has successfully delivered the messages to the SMTP server. If messages aren't being sent by the SMTP server, most likely it is not configured to "relay" email from your site. Check with whoever manages the SMTP server and ask that they check the logs. That should help. If it's a relaying issue, then the SMTP server needs to be configured to relay for your site. If that isn't possible, you will need to use a different SMTP server.

Just recently, I had a case where mail was being sent, but was not being received by the intended users, all at the same email domain. It turned out in that case that the receiver's email system was quarrantining mail from their web site. That was an easy fix, but we had to start at DNN and trace through the sending SMTP server before I could convince them to look at their internal system.
