I just updated one of my sites to DNN 9.0.0 and I'm finding that the persona bar doesn't appear on the pages that use a custom skin. My Admin pages all use Xcillion and the persona bar is always there; also, if I go to a page where I can already see the bar and enter Edit mode, the bar stays on screen while I navigate to pages with the custom skin. Is there something my skin is missing that triggers loading the persona bar? Since it works if it was already open when I go to one of those pages, I don't see why it shouldn't be able to load all the time.

Are you seeing any errors in your browser's developer console?

Didn't think to check that -- I have three console errors on the page when the persona bar doesn't load:

When I load a page that uses the Xcillion theme, I don't get those three errors; however, I do get this one:

Also, when I load the first page in edit mode from the persona bar (which I can see from the Xcillion page), I keep this error and the first one reappears (Uncaught DOMException for iframe)

the .woff error occurs, if you don't add this mime type in IIS or web.config.
