Hello

I've just installed DNN 9.0 and all went well, seemingly, and everything appears to work but when I click on "Add Page" nothing happens, it just display a large blank page. The multiple page add screen works fine. I'd actually like to import a page from a template and can't see anywhere to do that. It was easy in DNN 7. I've downloaded and installed version 9 community platform, twice but can't see anything  I've done wrong. Help.

Thank you

Brian

Hi Brian,
I don't think that you did anything wrong. Looks like it is bug. I may not add the page myself - getting blank page on attempt.
Also template import is removed from some reason.
The only way to import templates is if you create new site. There are few good things in new persona bar but tons of existing features has been removed from community version.
It is still early to say since this is first release - could be bugs but I if i have to have to pay/license for extra features that were part of community edition before I will be forced to look for another CMS... It is too much frustration every time DNN release new version i have to spend days and months just to adopt to new system and upgrade my sites....
Thank you
Nermin

On further investigation this only happens when I choose a blank website in the installation process. It does NOT happen if I choose the default website. I think this is a bug. I wonder if it happens because DNN V9 doesn't handle the situation where the user is trying to create the first page? Can someone confirm?
