Hello there

I was trying to add an extra header to my website so I went to

Page Settings> Advanced> S.E.O.

and in the Page Header Tags  I added

 <meta name="xxxxxx" content="xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx" />

it seems that the new version for some reason encodes the HTML so it is saved as

&nbsp;&lt;meta name="xxxxxx" content="xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx" /&gt;

Please verify the problem and add it in bug report.

please report into the public issue tracker at support.dnnsoftware.com, so the dev team will notice, test and fix for a future version

I know this is an older thread, but just in case anyone else cannot yet update to DNN 9.1 or 9.2, here is a workaround I found within DNN 9.0. I added/changed the header tags via SQL (replace x with your header tags and y with the TabId of the respective page):

UPDATE Tabs
SET PageHeadText = 'x'
WHERE TabID = y

Note that you have to do this EVERYTIME after you make changes to your page and saved it - even if these changes do have nothing to do with the header tags.
