i have upgraded to DNN9.0.1 on  localhost 

Setting, config Manager, config files  selected web.config there is a gray box displayed no content. cannot do anything here

Setting SQL Console, a gray box displayed can not type anything in the box. 

appreciate your help

you need to select web.config file from the DDL above.(works for me in DNN 9.0.1)

I did select web.config   looks like the file opens but another blank panel displays over it.  Note the right side

this looks like the dropdown doesn't close. please try assigning default skin to the page and try on a blank page which should not contain any conflicting JavaScript code.

I created a new page (blank page) I deleted the Default HTML module from the the page.  I have not changed any skin at all.   Selected Settings, config Manager

regardless of which config I choose  the modification area is disabled.   How do I make sure the default skin is assigned ( how do I assign default skin to this page).
