I have a parent portal (en-US) with 3 child portal (zh-TW, zh-CN, ja-JP).
I have login in host account and go into "Admin > User Accounts"

When this 3 child portal created, all portal can't delete user (include parent portal)...and receive an error message "Error Deleting User". Is child portal affect the function of delete user account? Or non-default language?

Please help me, Thanks.

If you are using the most recent version of DNN, it is a Release Candidate version and one of the bugs being worked out pertains to deleting users.  If you don't actually need to delete them now, and you are using the RC version, I'd suggest simply removing their auhorization for now and deleting them after the final DNN release becomes available.

I have the same problem here, I though that this was the final version as that is what it says when downloading 4.3.3. Please let me know if I really have this bug in the final version. Thanks

Same problem here. Fresh 4.3.3 install (not upgrade), two locales (English / Greek), first noticed the problem with English disabled and then enabled English (had English and Greek enabled). Still the same. "Error deleting user" when I try to delete a user and also "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" sometimes when I try to delete groups the user is in.

Please inform us whether this is a known bug in 4.3.3 along with possible causes / workarounds. Fact is I can add but not delete users.

Just another piece of info which may prove helpful: I was trying what I mentioned in my previous post using the Host account. With the Admin account, users get deleted successfully. I am using the install version 4.3.3 (fresh install).
