Were you ever able to find a solution for this?

I strongly suggest upgrading to DNN 9.1.1, where a number of issues have been fixed.

Cheers from Germany,

I just upgradede DNN v.07.04.02 to v. 09.01.01 (129) and I have the same problem. Any tips on what I can do to resolve? There is nothing wrong with the connection or the access to the files. This error message appears when I click "Page Settings" in "edit mode".
