DNN 8.00.03 and Reports module 5.7.1

I have a Report that uses query string parameters. When I am working logged in as the Host superuser, the parameters influence the report perfectly. But when I log in as a non-host user, the parameters appear to be ignored. What would cause that?

This is still not resolved.

A refinement to the issue is the fact that the parameters work when "Edit Page" is turned on. When it is off the parameters are ignored.

I resolved this finally by removing the Dynamic Forms module I was using to let the user filter the data. I replaced it with a Live Forms module.
