One of my users has just said that the Persona bar is making them ill as the screen moves after a second or two every time they navigate around our app/module.  Is there a way to avoid this?

My current suggestion is that they have a separate login with Admin rights which they only use when needed.

Thanks for any suggestions.

Hi Chris,
This sounds like a bug. Any chance you can take a screencast so we can see the behavior the user is experiencing?

Thanks,
Will

Hi. I think it's just what I see as standard which is that the Persona bar takes a short while to show once the page has loaded, shifting the rest of the page over to the right, which I think would be unnerving if you had to see it a lot. It would feel better to me to have an icon in the main logged-in "topHeader" bar to (persistently) toggle the Persona bar in and out.
If it's not clear I can install something and record a screencast.
Thanks, Chris

I agree this is a bit of clutter, to have the Personna Bar ALWAYS display. It's cool technology, but NOT the primary thing most admins and editors want to see on the page.

I filed a bug months ago to have the Personna Bar not automatically expand, and/or to not have the 'shrunken' bar take up as much room as it does. Similar to the Windows Taskbar, why can't there be a setting to have it 'autohide', or shrink to something not as large? My bugs were summarily closed.
