Michael --

Great, I really appreciate your help.

To restart is really easy in DotNetNuke in 8.0.3 here.

Thanks.

All,

FYI, in addition to iisreset, and dnn application restart, and dnn clear cache, and etc, here is yet another way (and perhaps the prescriptive dnn way?) to force a refresh of a CSS or JS file.

To refresh a hand-edited "portal.css" file and force it to be "live" on the DotNetNuke site in "8.0.3", do the following.

Login as an admin user.

Go to...

> Admin, > Site Settings, > Advanced Settings, > Client Resource Management, > Site Version

Click the Increment Site Version buttton.

Confirm the action in the resulting popup.

Go to the target page, and relaod the target page.

Done.

HTH.

Thanks.
