Hello!

I have a new install of DNN, started with 7.0.6 and upgraded through; 7.03.02, 8.0.3, 9.0.2 to 9.1.1.239-232

I added a purchased version of Action Form. I add this module to the page and configured it. When I view it, the module is showing 404, the rest of the page is fine, it is just the module as shown here:

 

Any help would be appreciated.

Please check the EventLog for details of the error

Did you already have Active Forums installed or did you download the latest version,, sometimes there are breaking changes from version to version and older module will no longer work.
