We need a basic responsive slider for our DNN9 websites:
Checked the store and found some slider:

  • Mandeeps Live slider
  • HelloDNN Flex slider;
  • WSC Slider Revolution;
  • DNNDeveloper Slider;
  • CMSDNN Image slider;

No real reviews in the store unfortunately.

Can someone recommend me a slider..

I'm in the process of building one right now that I will be releasing later this year. 

The slider is designed with 2 main sliders. There is what you would expect a series of images that slide horizontally. The user may select an image to navigate to it or use the arrows. As each image slides it updates the background image on the landing page. As the user changes their view from desktop -> tablet -> mobile the slider disappears and just uses the background image. So the user will now see the 1 image at a time as it slides through each image.

Is this something you could use? I'm still finishing up the work on this but I can create the GitHub repo sooner if you think you'll benefit from the code

I would recommend WSC Revolution slider as most flexible solution - you can option to set slider layout separately for desktop, tablet or mobile view.  I've been using almost all sliders you listed, but WSC is the only one with unlimited possibilies to create layers visually without single line of code. Believe this would help.

We use Mandeeps Live Slider, and it's excellent. Rich functionality, easy to use, and responsive.

Also, Mandeeps support is excellent. Timely and knowledgeable staff behind the product. Live slider has my recommendation.
