Thanks for your reply. I looked for the version number of the Admin CMS but I don't see it anywhere. Can you tell me where I can find it?
Also back on the hcc-law.com site I was informed that the small bio with just the pic, the person's name and title will not go at the end. It will go in between Charles A. Hambly, Jr. and Melissa M. Horne as they want the new person to be placed alphabetically in the list. 
I also found by clicking around in the Admin > Settings section there's a module named Culture if that means anything.
I was wondering if you do this with me, we connect on Skype, I'll share my screen and you walk me through what I need to do? 
A new full bio page also has to be created for this new person too like the others have.

The law firm would like to have this last task completed today but this is the first time I've used this and not comfortable with it at all. Can you please help me?

I've also posted 3 screen shots of the admin I have here. I think its a couple versions back.
