Hi.

I cannot save changes in my HTML module.

I make the changes and it saves as it seems it should, however, the changes are not made :-(

I have done a fair amount of research but none of the solutions are working.

The site is on DotNetNuke Version: 07.00.04 (180)

The HTML Editor is : DotNetNuke.RadEditorProvider

I have cleared the site cache and restarted the application.

None of it is working?

Any solutions would be greatly appreciated as i urgently need to make changes on this site.

Thank you

Odd that no-one has responded to this.

There isn't much detail in your query so it's a question of trying out obvious and non-obvious approaches to fixing the problem

Try the following:
1. Attempt the same exercise in different browsers, switch PCs if possible in order to be absolutely sure that the cache is cleared... reduce the text you are putting in to a minimum.
2. Change the editor type, if you can.
3. Upgrade the site to 9.1.1 if you can...
4. Use another module type and make any change in it [this might tease out any permissions issues]. Check your permissions level
5. If you can, create another administrator's login and repeat [1]

All these are relatively obvious and you may have already carried these out.

I am having the same issue as well, but I have narrowed it down to the cause.

If I add a simple link (HTML A tag) which links to any external URL, i.e. having the http protocol specified, the postback to save the content results in a 403 Forbidden error.  The request that fails is {mysite}/Test-Album-Format/ctl/Edit/mid/967?popUp=true

This issue is CRITICAL.  I can't edit any HTML blocks that contain this type of link.

This issue appeared after I applied the Telerik security patch.
