I am trying to perform an in-place upgrade of two different 9.1.1 sites to the 9.2.2 RC. After unzipping the contents of the upgrade package over the existing sites, I navigate to http://mysite.com/install/install.aspx?mode=upgrade and a blank page is displayed and the upgrade does not occur. I'm assuming that I have missed some release note regarding this but I have searched  and come up with nothing. There is nothing in the Admin Log to suggest any reason for failure, i.e., no exceptions thrown. Any ideas?

Thank you,
Bob

I found a number of events logged in the Windows Server event log that might be a hint to anyone willing to help, related to the SQL membership provider using an Encrypted string for the password, rather than a Hashed value.

Event code: 3008
Exception message: Unsecured Passwords Format Detected. The Membership Provider that contains the unsecure passwords format is: AspNetSqlMembershipProvider. The obsoleted password format is: Encrypted.

I've just tried upgrading from 9.2.0 to 9.2.1 and I get the blank page as well.
