Using version 9.2.0(366) of DotNetNuke, running on IIS 8.5 over Windows Server 2012 r2, captcha image for new users registration is not showing randomly.

The site is configured for public registration, and the registration form is the default form of DotNetNuke.

What I could check, when the captcha doesn't show, is that the request that should load the image (https://{hostname}/{appname}/DesktopModules/Admin/Security/ImageChallenge.captcha.aspx?captcha={value}&alias={hostname}/{appname}) returns a 0 bytes response.

When the user clicks the "Register" button, the process rejects the security code and when the form reloads the captcha image shows normally.

Any ideas?
