2. most of the editor settings are stored in files in root of your portal, but also in HostSettings table. if you delete files and table items, it should re-create (don't forget to backup before deleting)

 Thank you for your help.

I got what you say. But I could not understand that What should I look for That is there or not and is it correct or not. which Row and column should check on this database table?

there are CKEditor... files in the root of your website, you may delete to reset your CKEditor toolbars etc.
Other settings are stored in table HostSettings (SELET * FROM HostSettings WHerE Settingname like 'CK%') or in dedicated table CKEditorSettings in your databasse

3. might be caused by missing module permissions or folder permissions.
In previous versions, it often helped to enter module settings and save it (I haven't tried it on DNN 9 though)

 Dear Sebastian

The Module have permission. and Folders are in /desktopmodule/Modulename and all Site Asset also can upload.

But Admin Can not Upload or Import Any file for any module and also can not open Drop-down of Profile picture to choose a picture!

All files on Server also have permission. on DNN Database also have permission.

I'm Confuse. I could not fix this problem :(

Armin,
I was talking about DNN folder permission (right click folder in Digital Asset Management module and make sure, permission are displayed properly and also save permission again explicitly

Yes I do before. I right click on root and I gave permissions and also I copied permission to all sub folders and Admin can Upload on Digital Asset management.

My question was about Uploading file or access to downloading file by other modules like import/export or upload and select profile picture and etc.

There is no problem on digital asset management. For this I'm confuse.
