hi all

charles (nurse?) thanks a lot for ur reply.

I just finished installing dotnetnuke and created some custom modules, however, i find out that i cant browse to the site from another computer on my lan.

I've already added the portal aliases, still doesnt work, i'm thinking maybe it has to do with my internet or lan settings or somethin. cos when i disconnect from the internet, i can browse to d portal alias from my own development machine, but not when i'm connected.

any ideas anyone? i still cant browse my dnn site from another machine on my lan.

Thanks in anticipation.

p.s i've developed a news ticker module, an extension of the news module,  the news tick according to specified time frame. where can i put it up to share with others? Or has it been developed already? lol.

Afam
