We have a few DNN sites all on the same version of DNN 9. Some of the sites are showing the actions in the bottom right of the module like this:

Others are showing the actions in the top right corner like this:

Is there a setting some where to control this?

Thanks for your reply. I suspected as much but upon copying the entire portals folder from one site to the other nothing changes. Do you know exactly where I can find this in the containers?

Thanks Michael, I've been able to find it with your direction. You were correct, it's in the container. Removing the Action buttons as seen commented out below changes the buttons from bottom left links to the little icons in the top right corner.
