I would recommend you look for a PAYPAL module in the DNN Store

I tried that.  I found a module but I get errors when I try to use it.  The module developer has not answered my questions.  Do you know of a PayPal module that works?

It will be pretty much the same for all forms, remove the opening and closing form tags and add onclick="this.form.action='https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr';this.form.submit();" on the button
