links image not shown for visitors and members (only visible for host and admin).

what can i do?

I'm having the same problem as well.
When attempt to choose an image file for the display icon, it just couldn't display to public at all.

The image will only appear to administrator and host.
Looks like only those images stored in the Portal root 0 folder can be displayed here.
If you gonna save the images in a folder you manually create, it wont display at all.

Is it a bug or some error? I jus know it got to do with the FolderPermission folder. When I set the RoldID to -1, it will show up.

Thank you for providing more detail. There are a few site my partner and I have to set-up this weekend so we will be doing a bunch of error verifications then.

For the record what version of DNN are you using?

Thanks for taking the effort by looking in the problem. Greatly appreciated it.

Below are the info you required:
DNN version: 4.3.3
Links module version: 03.03.00

1) image stored in root portal >> public able to display
2) image store in manual create folder >> only admin and host able to view it

Hope I have provide ample information in assisting you to resolve the problem. Feel free to let me know if u need more info. :)
