Hi Guys

I'm getting an error when trying to run the app for the first time :

unrecognised attribute 'requirePermission' error

All I've done in the web.config is set the SQL username and password.

Any ideas?

many thanks

More info :

I found this error may relate to .NET 1 so I've installed .NET 2 and it is definitely running but still get the error.

Please note : this isn't the warning issue - it's actually stopping the application.

Any help much appreciated.

Jix

Resolved.

I had somehow managed to install .NET Beta 2 - uninstalled, installed latest .NET 2 and it worked.

I seem to remember this happens in DNN 4.X when you don't have the IIS virtual dir running in asp.net 2.0.
