Hi, I have a DNN 2.12 running for a while and it is working fine... Until Friday when the organization wished to upgrade the system to .NET Framework 2.0.  Now, when I tried to log in to DNN, I 've got a System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object error.  I cannot even login as host.  I don't have time to update the whole DNN site to a newest version.  So, my questions are:

1, Is DNN 2.12 compatible with .NET Framework 2.0?  (Don't think so but just want to confirm)

2, Is there a quick work around so I can fix that?

1 - No you are correct - it's for 1.1 framework

2 - In IIS you will have an option to switch between 1.1 & 2, try that. It seems by default it's putting everything in aspnet 2, whereas although I've got 2 framework running, by default it's set to work on 1.1.

Give that a try - and what a nice Monday morning surprise!

That's do the trick.  Thanks Nina.  Since I skip quite a few versions, is there a migration guide from v2.12 to current version somewhere?
