I have this problem too.

The new secure folders stuff is not yet part of the online help.

Is there a forum discussion of the file manager functionality or maybe some release notes or something?

Did you guys use the synchronize command on the toolbar?

If so, can you give me more details?  Does this happen when logged in as Admin, but not as Host?

Is it right after you create a folder through the file manager?

I'll do some testing on this to see if I can re-create.

Hello John,

I have the same problem - see this post please. Basically I upgraded to 4.3.3 and now my documents don't show up in the Document module.  A post there suggested I needed to give view rights to the folder the documents are in. I can't do this because all my files appear to be in the root.

I try to synschronise folders (incl. trying recursively) and this does not help.

When I try the Host -> FM and synch (this Root folder only - tried rec. and non-recursively) with Insecure selected in the ddl then it does nothing.

I logged in as Admin and I get the same result

I just tried it again and now it works... Not sure what was the problem, but it seems to be fixed. If I find anything out I'll let you know. Thanks, John
