Hi there,

In my spare time, I do extra .net/web work for small business and charities in the UK.  Some of them usually want a CMS on top of the designs that I build for them.

What is the licence with DotNetNuke?  As a small 1 man business myself can I use it for small businesses / charities to use?

Thanks

fc

you can read the license on the DotNetNuke download page (scroll down a bit):

That means yes.  Cool.

But if things go wrong the makers are not liable, correct?

IMHO this is usual with open source software, as there is usually noone paying for an insurance. You will be able to get support by the community here and might get someone from the Core Team to help you, if you pay him.
