Paul,

Thankyou for your assistance regarding SQLSelectedGridView and MySQL. WHile I await your input on MySQL, I have MS SQL Svr running. I do have some basic questions regarding the format of the GRID. For instance is it possible to format the GRID title, Header row. Also I would want to format(color code) the rows based a particular data value. Please advise if this can be done or what is required for me todo this.

Thx, Larry

Larry,

You can specify the CSS Class you wish to use for the different sections of the Grid.  SQLGridSelectedView comes with a default Module.CSS that you can modify.  As for conditional formating, I do not have any method available to support such a feature.

As an alternative, if you are handy with XSL, you could generate a formatted table using XMLdb.  See this blog http://dotnetnuke.com/Community/Blogs/tabid/825/EntryID/1038/Default.aspx as an example of what XSL can do...

Also, you may want to send specific questions to me at SQLGridSelectedView@tressleworks.ca  a the volume of posts in the forum can cause the post to be missed.

Hopes this helps, Paul
