I tried to change the look of the moderate menu. It doesn't work.
I think the reason is that you have hardcoded colors in the moderateUploads.ascx file.
For example line 33 and following:

<asp:TableCell HorizontalAlign="Left" VerticalAlign="Top" CssClass="Head" BackColor="DimGray">

<asp:HyperLink id="Hyperlink1" ImageUrl="~/images/edit.gif" NavigateUrl='<%# EditURL("ItemID",DataBinder.Eval(Container.DataItem,"ItemID")) %>' Visible="<%# IsEditable %>" runat="server" />

<font color="white">

<%# DataBinder.Eval(Container.DataItem,"Name") %>

</font>

</asp:TableCell>

Please correct that in the next version and make it 'templateable' !
