I have SQL Server 2005 Developer Edition and Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 Web Developer Express on my Windows XP Media Edition Service Pack 2 machine.

I am trying to configure and install  the DotNetDuke starter kit.

I have no idea where to begin.

The page does not say what download to get and what .zip to extract.

I just see a bunch of confusing zip files.

When I open one.  I start reading and following the instructions.

I start creating a database.  I create a login and passord.

I start modifying the web.config file to be able to do connections to my database.

Where is the .sql file to create the contents of the database?

It says press CTRL+F5.  CTRL+F5 of what??

Which .ZIP to I extract for the starter kits?

Which directory on my computer do I place the starter kits?

THANKS.  Without explicit documentation I am totally LOST!
