Hi,

Currently using DNN 4.3.1 and have uploaded latest UDT module 03.03.03.

When module has been added to content pane it looks like :

No fields defined

ie. Note there is no "Manage Table" link as UDT manual image says on bottom of page 5.

If I click on the menu option "Manage User Defined Table", I get the following error...

An error has occurred.
Error: Manage UDT is currently unavailable.

Any ideas? Thanks for any help....

Cheers.

please ensure, you have the necessary edit permissions to manage the table.

Checked the permissions and still have had no luck.

Leupold, anyone else had this issue so far, or am I just lucky?

Anything else I can check?

Should I try uploading a previous version of the UDT module and if so which version?

Cheers.

Have you checked page preview state?

I just tested UDT in DNN 4.3.3. on first call I get "There are no fields defined. Please go to Manage Table first."

I can click the "Manage Table" link or select "Manage UserDefined Table" from the action menu, to define columns.

After that, there is a link "add new row", so I can add records.

At what point is your system behaving different?

Hi,

Yep... page preview state is not on.

I have never seen the "There are no fields defined. Please go to Manage Table first." line when the module is added to a page.

I might try adding the 03.03.03 UDT module again under host account again and see if it makes any difference.

Thanks for your quick replies leupold.

Cheers.
