I am wondering why this functionality is not available in the core. Anyone who does business on the Internet must have the 'Terms' enforced. If you don't do this you can run into a lot of problems. BTW, anyone from outside the US must change the default terms in DNN so that the sentence "this agreement is governed by the laws of Country" is set to the country where your business is otherwise US laws will be applicable and that is something you definitely don't want. One other sentence is "you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in City, Country'. If you do not change that to your situation you are forced to go the US in case of a dispute.
