I just tried again, and your default passwords are changed, so that is good.  You must have been logged in.

Try logging in and then putting this in the url

www.comersoft.net/dotnetnuke/Host/ModuleDefinitions/tabid/18/Default.aspx

I have never seen or heard of the Host Menu disapperaring on the default skin.  What browser are you using?

I have IE 6. I have tried the link and get a list of all the available modules. What should i look for? I see the skins module. Should i see an admin or host module?

This is very strange.  If you can get to all that, and still can't see the Host or Admin Menus, then I am really at a loss.  Especially since I logged into your site the other day and could see it all, and you are even using the default blue skin.

Try adding a new page. Do you see it on the menu bar after that?

Just to be sure, this is the Host Menu that you do not see correct?

Right thats the menus that i'm missing.  My bar is completly clean except for the search Textbox. I tried adding a new page and still nothing is displayed on the menu bar.

Does your version of IE have "Enhanced Security Configuration" enabled?

Try putting the URL of the website to the list of "Trusted Sites" via Tools --> Internet Options --> Security
