Using 4.3.3 with 3.20.08

We just removed an existing forum and added a new forum on a different page.  Added a few threads and attampted to edit the user settings.  The following error message and log appeared

An error has occurred.

Do we need to remove the data from the table whenever we delete a forum?

This very well could be a problem. We need to add a FK reference w/ cascading deletes on several tables. I am changing some of this in the current dev, so this is a temp fix for the current version. (Just overlooked this)
