I am new to cms and this is the first time i have looked into dnn.

however like always there are problems. I had download the cource package and unzipped it to a dotnetnuke folder. I etup a virtual directory http://localhost/dotnetnuke2/Website/ and when i try to access it it gives me the follwoing error:

Could not load file or assembly 'DotNetNuke' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

have you setup security and ASP.Net version for that virtual directory? have you checked the installation guide, that is part of the documentation pack? Which DNN version are you using??

i think i m using 4.3..i haved reviewed the documentation..create virtual directory...set the permissions..but still get this error...can you please provide me some sort of assistance.
