I've build the site via Visual Studio 2005 Pro, I opened Default.aspx in browser and it started installation. Then I got the UI administration where I could easily create my favorite needs.

Now I need to perform these tasks:

1- I copied the whole site folder to another place in hard drive and renamed DotNetNuke folder to the initials of my site, however it didn't work, why?

2- How can I replace the word DotNetNuke in the whole site (where end user can notice) by my site name, and would that need me to change all connections/classes...from DotNetNuke to my site name?

3- I've added a logo to my site in early wizard, now I'm unable to find how to edit it or add an Ad there, how to edit it?

4- Under copyright, at the foot of page , there is the "DotNetNuke® is copyright 2002-2006 by Perpetual Motion Interactive Systems Inc." which is also a hyperlink for DDN website, how to edit/remove it?

5-To host my website when I finish it, what should I do? Just uploading files to host and it will work? or I do need beside copying (uploading) files, i'll need to change database connections to the webserver and how?

6-I'd get my Host provider DiscountASP.NET, is it easy to deploy DNN via it, knowing that it supports everything needed and supports such a similar service like DNN (Atlas).

7-I have 2CO "2CheckOut account as e-payment processor, but unluckly I didn't find a module for it, is it possible to create it and how, and by this, I'll need to buy a SSL Certificate despite 2CO has already a SSL?
