If a page has very little content on it, then it could be a very short page. What would be the best practice for specifying a minimum page height, e.g. 500 pixels? If you say with the CSS, can you provide example code?

You can open up the css file and set the pagemaster and skinmaster files to 500px.

But if you want to have the correct specs for an *envelope* type website, then it's about 434 pixels to include removing the toolbar, addressbar, and other related things that cause the scrollbar.
