OK -- seems basic enough.  I want certain users (authenticated) to be able to upload files.  Seems the basic 'Documents' module should work, but the users do not get the file upload section and I do not see where I could configure that.

This should be pretty basic, right?  How can I give users the ability to send me large files?

Thanks

Tim

Right, I am also interested to know how to do file upload for authenticated users with edit access.
Not sure if the FTB or FCK editor able to come up with a feature on that?

First make sure you have given permission for your user role to upload files. This is done through Admin - File Manager. Look at the bottom of the File Manager page for Security Settings and make sure View Folder and Write to Folder are checked for your user role.

Yepp I did grant the users with view and edit access.

I have an event module that enable user to upload pdf and doc files together with their posted events. But I don't see any icon that my users can click to upload file. "Insert image from gallery" is the only icon they can see in the FTB editor.
